By using YourPersonalProfile.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Eligibility

• •If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you're authorized to bind that organization.

Accounts & Access

You're responsible for any activity under your session/account and for keeping access tokens or magic links secure.

Service Description

• •Free tier: Personality summary, score explanation, and limited AI Personality Assistant chat (3 messages).
• •Paid tier: Complete personality profile with 18 detailed sections, unlimited AI Personality Assistant chat, and downloadable PDF report.
• •We may introduce new features or limits and will strive to communicate material changes.

AI-Generated Content & Disclaimer

Outputs (including personality profiles and AI chat responses) are generated using AI and are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not psychological, medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. You're responsible for how you use information from the Service.

Payments & Refunds

• •Payments are processed by Stripe; taxes may apply.
• •Once generation begins and a paid report is delivered or made available, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• •If you experience a delivery failure, contact support@yourpersonalprofile.com within 7 days; we'll repair access or issue a refund where appropriate.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) violate laws; (b) infringe IP or privacy rights; (c) attempt to bypass paywalls or rate limits; (d) reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; (e) upload malicious code; (f) use outputs to mislead others about professional credentials; (g) abuse or spam the AI chat feature.

Intellectual Property

We own the Service, software, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service. You may use your generated reports and chat conversations for personal or business purposes, subject to third-party rights and these Terms.

Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third parties (e.g., Stripe, Supabase, OpenAI, Sentry). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or risk to the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Personal Profile and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Your Personal Profile harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, United States of America, without regard to conflicts of law.

Venue: You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Minnesota for any disputes arising from or relating to the Service, and you waive any objection to such venues.

Export & Sanctions Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a restricted country or on a denied-party list and will comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.

Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Your Personal Profile regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
