Four-Color Model

Your results map to four primary behavioral colors:

  • Red: Action-oriented, decisive, results-focused. Reds prefer direct communication and rapid decision-making.
  • Yellow: People-focused, enthusiastic, collaborative. Yellows thrive in social environments and value relationships.
  • Green: Peace-seeking, supportive, steady. Greens prioritize harmony and prefer thoughtful, collaborative approaches.
  • Blue: Detail-oriented, analytical, precise. Blues value accuracy, process, and thorough analysis.

Most people are a blend of multiple colors, with one or two being dominant.
